A.     Definition of Translation Translation is the communication of the meaning of a sources-language text by mean of an aquivalent target- languages text. While interpreating- the facilitating of oral or sign-language communication between user of different language- antedates writing, translation began only after the appearance of written literatur. He goes on to refer to the following methode of translation: 1.       Word-for-word translation: in which the SL word order is preserved and the word translated singly by their most common meanings, out of context. 2.

1. Subject + Verb + Object         This pattern is closelly related to the conceot of transitive verb that requires an object to complex the meaning of a sentence. It is Incomplete to say or to write : “I kick” because others will wonder what you kick. Therefore, an object is needed to complete the meaning of the sentence,  for example I kick the bal. Noun clauses begin with words such as how, that, what, whatever, when, where, whether, which, whichever, who, whoever, whom, whomever, and why. Noun clauses can act as subjects, direct objects, indirect objects, predicate nominatives, or objects of a preposition. According to Longman (2004: 81), A noun clause is a clause that functions as a noun; because the noun clause functions as a noun, it can be used in a sentence as an object of a verb (if it follows a verb) or an object of preposition (if it follows a preposition).  2.
